PPC Bidding Algorithms
SEMPAD's bid optimizing algorithms make bid management easy and make you look like a rockstar with target Position and target CPA Algorithms!
In just a few moments your keyword bids on Google Adwords and Bing Ads could be optimized automatically.
These two types of algorithms that are applied on a campaign level. They work on both Google and Bing with both Search and search with display select campaigns.
This is the algorithm of choice for those who want to optimize results based on a target cost per conversion (CPA). While we won't divulge SEMPAD's secrets, this 'algorithm' is actually comprised of multiple different algorithms which run every day analyzing your keywords and adjusting bids in order to attain a target CPA which you set in the 'Target' field. The Max Bid field is a bid limiter and once set, our algorithms will not raise your keyword's bid to be above that maximum.
This algorithm runs multiple times per day and adjusts bids in order to try and attain a target ad placement (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.) which you set in the 'Target' field. A popular use for this algorithm is for Brand term campaigns where you always want to show in the 1st position for your own brand. Again, the Max Bid field is a bid limiter and once set, our algorithms will not raise your keyword's bid to be above that maximum, or below the minimum set in the Bid Minimum field.
All it takes is a Target, Algorithm type and Min and Max Bids, then SEMPAD goes to work making bid changes for you.
If you are wondering why you would use SEMPAD’s algorithms over Google CPA optimization or rules, ad managers often like having full control over their accounts and don't like keyword bids being hidden. They also like having control over bid modifiers like devices, something Google CPA algorithms take away.
If you're using Adwords rules to bid for a target position, then they only run once per day whereas SEMPAD runs 4 times per day.
